Why we started this
When a fire or flood forces a family out of their home, the insurance claim process can feel overwhelming. Between adjusters, contractors, and timelines that keep shifting, finding somewhere comfortable to stay often falls through the cracks.
We started Prompt Relocation to fill that gap. Our focus is narrow and intentional: temporary housing for displaced policyholders, done with care and done quickly. We work alongside adjusters and carriers to make placements smooth — and we work alongside families to make sure they feel settled, not just housed.
Every referral we receive is someone's family in a hard moment. We don't lose sight of that.

We built our entire process around speed. When a family is displaced, waiting days for housing isn't an option. We respond the same day — often within hours.
